2. Sealing & Installation

Porous tiles should be sealed to protect against moisture and staining. Non-porous or glazed tiles generally do not require sealing, though any unglazed areas should be protected.

Apply a breathable sealer after the adhesive has dried and before grouting. Multiple coats may be needed until saturation is reached. Wipe excess and apply a final coat after grouting. Traditional finishes like oils or waxes can be used on some tiles to enhance colour or sheen.

Yes. Depending on the product used, you can achieve matte, satin, or subtle glossy effects.

Typically, tiles can be walked on after 24 hours, with full curing in 48–72 hours.

Yes. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page. Sampling is recommended before placing a full order.

Samples are a close representation, but natural variations, batch differences, and lighting can create slight differences

6. Care & Cleaning

Clean with a soft mop and pH-neutral products. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners.

Porous tiles may need resealing periodically, typically annually or when wear is noticed. Non-porous tiles rarely need resealing.

Use pH-neutral cleaners for stains and avoid abrasive tools. Furniture pads and careful handling prevent scratches.
